                                    Ops 2 to 4 exparte.

                                    Today the case was fixed for remaining arguments. During remaining arguments, ld,counsel for the Op-1 has made statement separately to the effect that the company is ready to issue the new number to the complainant on the basis of documents already submitted by the complainant in April, 2010 and there is no requirement of any other document or proof from the complainant side. The complainant will be provided the number within 15 days from today. In his separate statement, the complainant has agreed to the s;aid statement of ld.counsel for Op-1. In view of the aforesaid statements made by the par;ties, the complaint is filed as compromised. However, Ld ,.counsel for Op-1 will be bound with his statment strictly. No order as to costs. File be consisgned to record room.
