ORDER

It is apparently clear from the record that the respondent/opposite party was deficient in providing service.

                At this stage, the matter has been settled between the parties.

                Counsel for the respondent has offered for payment a demand draft bearing No.304681 dated 18.12.2018 in the sum of Rs.7,000/- to the appellant/complainant.

                Counsel for the appellant/complainant has accepted the said demand draft against receipt towards full and final settlement of all claims.

                In view of above, this appeal as also the complaint filed before the Forum have become infructuous and the same stand disposed of accordingly.

                Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
