          Vide her separate statement recorded on 08.10.2024, the ld.Counsel for the Decree Holder stated that since the matter has been settled and payment has been received by the complainant/DH, therefore, she withdraws the present execution application as fully satisfied and it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat to be held on 26.10.2024

          In view of the above, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
