ORDER

1. The Complainant is entitled to Rs. 30,00,000/- with 5% interest per annum on Rs. 15,00,000/- from 23/9/11 till 31^st January 2014 and 5% interest per annum on 15,00,000/- from 24/2/12 till 31^st January 2014 as per clause 4 para 2.
2. Towards mental torture, legal notice, expenditure for legal process, compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- is granted which is to be paid within 30 days. After 30 days if the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- is not paid, Complainant is entitled to 9% interest per annum until payment on amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-.
3. Complainant is also entitled for Rs. 50 per sq. feet per month from 1^st February 2014 until the funal payment i.e.(1133 x 50= Rs. 56,650) per month. No order as to costs.
