ORDER

L.C. for both sides present. Sri. N. Prasad who is representative of o.p.1 is present in person and submitted that he has deposited the D.D. for an amount of Rs.82,375/- drawn on SBM dated 8.2.06. L.C. for complainant requested to deliver the D.D. Perused the order passed by the Hon'ble National Commission. Revision Petition is admitted only regarding the quantum of interest. O.P.1 has no objection for handing over the D.D. to the complainant. Hence, following order. ORDER D.D. produced by O.P.1 shall be handed over to the complainant under proper receipt. Execution is closed.
