ORDER

1.O.P.1 is Directed to refund the amount of Rs.82,375/- to the complainant with interest of Rs.12%p.a from the date of respective deposits,which are mentioned in the body of this judgemet, till the date of payment,with cost of Rs.5,000/-. 2.O.P.1 is directed to pay the above mentioned amount within two from the date of receipt of the order. 3.The complaint is dismissed as against O.P.2 4.Send the Copy of this order to O.P.1 by speed post and other parties under COP.
