This Execution Application has filed by the petitioner/decree Holder against the Judgment Debtor/opposite party for compliance of the order in Consumer Complaint No.21/2016 dated 03.02.2017 failing which, order to attach movables and furnitures and household articles belonging  to the Judgment Debtor/Opposite party  U/S 21Rule 43 of CPC. 
 No Representation for Decree Holder/Complainant.  Judgment Debtor present.  Sufficient opportunities given to the DH to be present but there is no representation.  It is reported by judgment debtor that already Decree amount was settled.to the Dhree Holder. In such circumstances we are of the view that ther is no pupose in keeping the Execution Application pending.  Hence EA is closed.  No cost.

    This order has pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 31th May 2022.
