ORDER

After hearing Counsel for the complainant, we are satisfied that this complaint would fall in the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Forum, at Chandigarh.

                   In view of above, it is ordered that let the matter be transferred to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh for adjudication.

                   Office is directed to prepare one photocopy of the first file for record.          

                   The complainant/Counsel is directed to appear before the concerned Forum on 15.09.2016.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of charge.
