ORDER

Both the parties and their advocate are absent. Complaint is filed claiming Rs.3,100/- on the allegations of deficiency of service of the opposite parties. In his version the opposite party-1 has denied that he has committed deficiency in service. O.P.2. has not chosen to file his version. Complainant and opposite parties were called upon to lead evidence on affidavits. They have not adduced any evidence. The complainant has not adduced any evidence to prove his case. It follows that he is not entitled to any relief. In the result the complaint is dismissed.
