            The applicant-complainant received specs and withdrawn the execution application being fully satisfied. He further stated that the amount deposited by the respondent while in appeal be released to respondent-OP. Such statement has been recorded on execution application itself. Counsel for respondents also paid Rs.5500/- today in the Court to the applicant-complainant. In view of this, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
