The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The complainant is continuously absent since 16-06-2022. Hence the Commission has issued the notice to the complainant on 20.12-2022 to appear before the commission for furnishing the correct address of the opposite parties 1,2, and 3. The Notice sent to the complainant seen served on 23-12-22 as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department and the complainant failed to appear even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
