Present :-  Complainant in person.

                     Counsel for OP along with Director of OP.

                    

Both parties have placed on record settlement agreement dated 14.09.2023 wherein OP has undertake to handover possession after 18 months. No grievance remained. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
