Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present:        Complainant in person with Sh.Shashi Bhushan Gautam, Advocate.

                     Sh. Shivam Grover, Advocate for OP No.1.

                     Sh. Rajan, Senior Manager, authorised representative of OP No.2.

                                

                    Today the case is fixed for amicable settlement. At this stage, by making a separate statement, the complainant stated that a settlement deed has been executed between the complainant and OPs No.1 & 2 which is placed on record as Mark ‘A’. As per settlement deed, OPs have agreed to compensate the complainant by paying an amount of Rs.80,885/-through demand draft No.500216 dated 18.01.2022  and to replace the engine of vehicle,  in view of  break down during warranty period; the complainant, withdraws the present complaint and reserves his right to revive the complaint, in case, the condition regarding the replacement of engine is not fulfilled during warranty period of the vehicle.                           

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
