2.                Learned counsel for the complainants suffered a statement that, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amiably settled between the parties. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                  In view of the statement made by learned counsel for complainants, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
