Final Order / Judgement

                    Mr. M. Saikia, learned counsel, for the complainant in presence of Ms. P. Hujuri, learned counsel, for the opposite party No. 5 submits that the issue in this complaint case regarding deficiency in service on the part of the builder opposite party Nos. 1 to 4 were settled out of court and as such, Mr. Saikia sought for withdrawal of the instant complaint case. Ms.  Hujuri submits that he has no objection in granting the leave.

                        In view of the same, this complaint stands disposed of withdrawal.
