Present:-      Sh. Tarun Malhotra, Advocate, along with Complainant.

                   OP No. 1 already ex-parte vide order dated 08.11.2021.

                   Ms. Harjinder Kumari, Advocate, for the OPs No. 2 & 3.

 

                   Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the Complainant. At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, has stated that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same, seeking liberty to file it afresh.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh, before the appropriate authority/Tribunal/Competent Court etc.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
