The Complainant  is absent, moved an application as on 28/08/2023.  In the said application, the  Complainant  has submitted that the matter has been amicably settled outside the Court in between the parties.  Therefore, the Complainant  want to withdraw the complaint.  The application  is allowed, the Complainant  is permitted to withdraw the complaint.  Hence we pass the following order:-

1. The CC/661/2022 stands withdrawn.
2. No order as to costs.
3. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties  free of cost.
4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the Complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
