                   File put up today on the application filed by ld. counsel for the applicant/complainant for withdrawal of the present complaint. Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he hasreceived the payment in view of the settlement arrived at with the opposite party. So he does not want to proceed with the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made above,  present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and settled before ‘GrahakMadhyasthaSamadhan’.
