     Office report seen. Be registered. The present application has been filed by applicant/complainant for placing on record ‘Expiry of time period for taking physical possession of the unit’ letter dated 25.01.2022 (Annexure C-20).

     Heard. For the reasons stated in the application for placing on record “Expiry of time period for taking physical possession of the unit” letter dated 25.01.2022, which is supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed and copy of letter dated 25.01.2022 is taken on record as Annexure C-20. The present miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly and it be tagged with the main file fixed for 23.03.2022.
