It may be pointed out that it is the duty of the complainant to establish the case in such a manner by which at least on prima facie it can be said that there are material to proceed further.

Going through the materials on record and touching upon the submissions of the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant it may be noted that this Commission is not at all inspire to show anything positive. Rather it can be said that prima facie there is no material to appreciate for proceedings further of this case.

Hence, the petition of complaint stands rejected.
