Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that the opposite parties are ready to pay Rs. 89,872/- as full and final settlement of the claim of complainant within one month from the date of the receipt of order of this Commission. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

On the other hand learned counsel for complainant made a statement that I have heard the above statement of the learned counsel for the opposite parties and in view of his statement I withdraw my complaint being fully satisfied. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statements of the learned counsel for the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, if the opposite parties fails to pay the amount of Rs. 89,872/- within one month from the date of the receipt of order of this Commission, then they are directed to pay this amount alongwith interest at the rate of 7% per annum from the date of filing of present complaint till actual realization. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
