At this stage, Sh.Amarjit Singh Dhaliwal Karta of M/s Amarjit Singh Dhaliwal-HUF/complainant has suffered a statement that due to some technical defect, he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint, after curing the technical defect.
