       In view of order no.6 dated 12/10/2022 of C.C. case No.CC/195/2022 the instant M.A. case is registered.

The petition of petitioner is taken up for hearing and heard the Ld. Advocate of petitioner and also Ld. Advocate of O.p. nos.1, 2, 3 & 5. Perused. Considered.

It is prayed by petitioner in the said petition that the name of O.p. no.4-Deborshi Roy be deleted/struck off from the cause-title of the original complaint petition.

Prayer of petitioner is allowed and it is pointed out clearly that in future if the case fails petitioner cannot make any application for addition of the name of O.p. no.4 against the failure of such case and the petition of petitioner of the instant case is allowed at the risk and liability of the petitioner himself and in that view of the matter the instant M.A. case No.MA/52/2022 is disposed off.
