                    Today the case is fixed for appearance of the Complainant. Ld. Counsel for the OP No. 1 has submitted a copy of letter, which is taken on record as ‘Mark A’, wherein the Complainant has assured the OP No. 1 not to pursue the present complaint. On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, by making a separate statement, withdraws the present complaint on the basis of the aforesaid letter ‘Mark A’ sent by the Complainant to the OP No.1.

                   Heard. In view of the contents of the said letter ‘Mark A’ as well as statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

          A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
