ORDER

            The cheque of Rs.1400/- dated 28.9.2011, the details of which has been given vide order dated 14.10.2011, had been handed over to the counsel for applicant. Counsel for respondent No.1 also handed over to the counsel for applicant the new mobile set in compliance of the impugned order. Counsel for applicant has withdrawn the execution application being fully satisfied. Such statement has been recorded on the execution application itself. Photocopy of cheque in question retained on record. In view of this, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
