CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO.  725 OF  2015

ORDER

                    Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OPs. Previous costs of Rs.1000/- has been paid by the learned counsel for the OPs and accepted by the complainant.

                        Sh. Vikrant Sharma, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “The OPs offer to pay Rs.22899/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute.  The amount will be paid within 30 days from today”. 

                        Sh. Dhiraj Kumar, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “I accept the offer.  The defective mobile handset is with the service centre.  I withdraw this complaint”.

                        In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.22899/- in full & final settlement of the dispute within 30 days from today, failing which the OPs shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization. Parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum. 

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
