ORDER

            Counsel for OPs, in compliance of the order dated 18.11.2011, made the payment of Rs.7000/- to the complainant. The complainant returned the old handset to the counsel for OPs. Photocopy of cheque of Rs.7000/- in token of receipt retained on record. In view of the order dated 18.11.2011, the complaint stands disposed of accordingly.               

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
