Dated the 22nd day of February, 2012 ORDER Counsel for applicant-OP No.1 paid Rs.2400/- in cash to the counsel for respondent-complainant. Counsel for applicant-OP No.1 stated that since the old mobile set has not been returned, therefore, counsel for the respondent-complainant be directed to produce the old mobile set. In reply to the application, the respondent-complainant has filed affidavit and vide para No.5, it has been specifically stated that on 22.12.2010, the OP No.1 kept the set and never repaired it nor sent it to the complainant. The said assertion contained in the affidavit has not been challenged by counsel for applicant-OP No.1. In view of this, the application stands disposed of.
