COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Complainant in person. 

                   None for the Ops No. 1 to 5.

                   Mr. Vikas Gulia, Advocate, for the Ops No. 6 to 8.

                   Mr. Vikas Gulia, Advocate, for the Ops No. 9 to 10.

                   Service of Ops No.6 to 10 is complete. Counsel for the Ops No.6 to 10 has filed his vakalatnama. At this stage, complainant by making a separate statement states that the matter has been compromised with the Ops, so, I withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, it is clear that matter has been compromised. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
