ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.ps. jointly and severally shall refund a sum of Rs.19,000/- to the complainant together with interest at 18% p.a. with effect from 8th October 1991 untill realisation. They shall further pay cost of Rs.500/- to him and bear their own. This order shall be complied with within a period of thirty days from the date of its receipt by the o.ps. failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings and recover his dues.
