ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.10,000/- together with interest at 18% p.a. from 29.06.1990, the date of cancellation of the booking, untill the date of realisation. He shall further pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- to the complainant by way of compensation along with a cost of Rs.250/-. This order shall be complied with within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which, the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings of this order and recover his dues.
