 The silence  on the part of the complainant even after receiving the notice from the opposite parties about the chit dues on 14.04.2008 and after a long time i.e. after 8 months, on 13.12.2008, she noticed the opposite party about her deposit amount , clearly proves that there is no deficiency of service on the part of the opposite party . The complainant failed to establish that she paid the installments in due dates, and she is no due to the chit company. In the circumstances she is entitied to receive the balance amount of Rs.6,126/- from the opposite party.
