     Statements of both the parties recorded separately. In view of the statement made by Bhura Ram, DH he has received Rs.5200/- as full and final payment in compliance of the order dated 11.7.2014 passed by this District Forum.

                    In view of the statements of both the parties, the execution petition is hereby dismissed being fully satisfied.
