Complainant in person appears and she also files one application stating that a compromise has been effected in between the parties out of this Commission and she is not at all interested to proceed further with this case. She also submits that necessary order may kindly be passed allowing her to withdraw the case.

Her Ld. Advocate is also present and he also submits that a compromise has been effected in between the parties out of this Commission and as such let necessary order be passed accordingly.

Heard. Considered.

When complainant herself in person along with her Ld. Advocate submit in a chorus voice for dismissal of this case, obviously this Commission will not stand as a bar for non disposing the case, rather it would be just and wise to dispose of the case and accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw her case. Of course in future she is not permitted to file any case afresh on the self same cause of action.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
