Learned counsel for OP no. 2 has made a statement that OP no. 2 is ready to make the payment of Rs. 8000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement, within a period of one month, failing which OP no. 2 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum to the complainant from the date of institution of the present complaint till its realization. Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for OP no. 2, he gives up OP no. 1 and 3 and accept the settlement as proposed by the OP no. 2. Statements of both the parties have been reduced into writing separately.

2.            Heard. In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed of having been compromised. However. OP no. 2 shall be bound by the statement made by his counsel.

The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
