                                                                                                JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint through E-Filing U/s.35 of C.P. Act., 2019 seeking a direction for redressal against defective product of Honda (Lock) for having no whole in the lock and impleaded only Sankar Trader i.e. shopkeeper who has sold the lock.

            Since allegation of defective product has been alleged against Honda, the same is a necessary party in the consumer complaint. In the absence of any party and for non joinder of party, we can pass order which cannot be executed. As such the consumer complaint is dismissed for non joinder of proper party. No cost.
