            This revision petition is directed against the order dated 18.03.2019 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gwalior (for short the ‘Forum’) in complaint case no.373/2018, whereby the Forum has refused to take the reply of the petitioner / opposite party no.3 on record on the ground that 45 days have already lapsed.

              For the reasons stated in the revision memo, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing the reply in time.  In the circumstances,  by  condoning  the  delay  we direct the Forum to take the reply which has already been placed before it on record and to decide the matter in accordance with law.

            As a result, the impugned order is set aside and the revision petition is allowed. 

           The parties are directed to appear before the Forum on 18.04.2020. 

          Record be sent back forthwith.
