The Instant case is taken up for hearing before this present National Lok Adalat.

Ld. Counsel Mr. Rajesh Biswas appearing for the Complainant has candidly submitted that the subject matter in dispute has already been settled outside this Commission and accordingly Complainant is not at all interested to proceed further with this case and to that effect he also filed one petition along with a copy of document, which simply be kept with the record.

From the complaint it appears that there are as many as six OPs and none is present and none appears on behalf of them.

We should keep in mind that this Commission should look into the matter how and in what way any case can be disposed of simply with an ease.

When Ld. Counsel appearing of the Complainant openly submits that a compromise has been effected outside this Commission and also going through the petition this Commission is of the view that there is nothing to proceed further and it is a fit case for passing positive order for effective compromise.

Hence, the instant case being No.CC/354/2023 is disposed of in the form of compromise.

Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
