                                                            ORDER

 

                        This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the complainant has received invoice amount of Rs.1800/- by way of cheque No.016056, dated 12.1.2011 in her name from Sh.Avtar Singh, Service Engineer of OP. The old handset in question with accessories i.e. E-1117 make Samsung has been handed over to Sh.Avtar Singh, Service Engineer of OP. Statement of both the parties has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as satisfied.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
