CC No.317 of 2021.

Sunil Harjai vs. M/s Samsung India.

 

Present:     Complainant in person.

                  Sh.J.S.Rana, Adv. for opponent No.1.

                  None for opponents No.2 & 3.

               

                  On the basis of even dated joint application filed by the complainant and counsel for opponent No.1, file taken up on today. In order to prove his identity the complainant shown his Driving License, copy of the same retained on the record.

                The matter has amicably been settled between the complainant opponents No.1.  Statement of counsel for opponent No.1 and complainant recorded separately.

               In view of the separate statements suffered by the counsel for opponent No.1 and complainant, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of the opponent No.1, being the matter settled amicably, the present complaint is accepted against the opponent No.1 and opponent No.1 is held liable to replace the panel and another broken material of the LED, subject matter of bill Ex.C.1, free of costs within the period of 30 days from today.

                 In view of the compromise between the complainant and opponent No.1, the complaint qua opponents No.2 & 3 is dismissed. Parties are left to bear their own costs. File be consigned to the records.
