ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     An application for deletion of name of OP No.2 received from the complainant through petition box.

     Application dated 31.05.2021, duly signed by complainant as well as counsel for OP No.1, received through petition box and e-mail for disposal of the matter in view of the settlement between the parties.  

     Heard. Complainant as well as counsel for OP No.1 through video conferencing have confirmed the signing of the application dated 31.05.2021 scribed by them. E-mail also received from the complainant that his complaint has been settled with the OP No.1 and this case is withdrawn. In view of the contents of the application dated 31.05.2021 (Ex.CA), this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled. Contents of the Ex.CA signed by complainant as well as counsel for OP No.1 shall be part of this order. The matter stood disposed of accordingly. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of application (Ex.CA). 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
