The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation. Opposite party No. 1 represented. Notice sent to the complainant on 29/10/2022 is seen served on 03/11/2022 as per proof of delivery of the Postal Department. Complainant has not turned up today and no evidence adduced so far. Case was posted for evidence of the complainant since 20/02/2021. So many chances given to the complainant to adduce the evidence. Hence the complaint is closed as ‘default’ of the complainant.
