COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                        Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which she states that in view of judgment passed by Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi in C.C. No.97 of 2016 titled as Ambrish Kumar Shukla & 21 Ors. Vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. decided on 07.10.2016, she wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
