Heard the Ld. Advocate appearing for the J/dr.  Perused the copy of order passed by Hon’ble National Commission.  Considered.

Hon’ble National Commission has been pleased to pass the following order in the form of that –

“The impugned order passed by the State Commission cannot be sustained and the same is accordingly set aside.  The consumer complaint is consequently dismissed with no order as to costs.  The Revision Petition stands disposed of.”

In view of the above order, let the complaint be dismissed with no order as to cost.
