FINAL O R D E R

DB.Binu, President

The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from her side.  The complainant is continuously absent. Notice sent to the 2nd opposite party was returned and the correct address of the 2nd opposite party has not been seen furnished yet by the complainant.  Hence, the notice was sent to the complainant on 21.03.2023 and is seen served as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today.  So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.

Hence there is no merit in proceeding with the complaint in the absence of the complainant and hence the complaint is closed as dismissed for default.

Pronounced in the open Commission on this the 6th day of June, 2023
