We therefore, have no hesitation in allowing the complaint of the Complainant partly.Accordingly, the OPs are jointly and severally directed to refund the entire amount of Rs.6,70,000/-recieved by them from the Complainant with 9%interest p.a from the date of making the last payment i.e. from the month of May’2003 till its realization. The OPs are also directed to pay the complainant a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for the mental tension and agony. A cost of Rs.5000/- shall also be paid by the OPs to the Complainant.
