2. Subha Kamal Panchal (Numberdar) S/o Sh. Vijay Pal R/o Village Jhanjhari (dera) tehsil Nilokheri, Karnal.
3. Nanak son of Sh. Kalu Ram R/o village Sangohi district Karnal.
4. Nawab Siingh S/o Sher Singh, R/o village Dabkoli district Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  None for the complainant.

                              

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OPs on filing of correct address. Correct address not filed. On careful perusal of the file, it reveals that since July, 2020, complainant has failed to get the service effected to the OPs. No anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as complaint pertains to year 2020.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
