ORDER

1]        Vide his separate statement recorded on 24.10.2024, the ld.Counsel for the complainant/DH stated that he has received 5 post dated cheques from the JDs and withdraws the present execution application subject to clearance of cheques.  The details of cheques have been mentioned as Ch.No.001156, dated 28.11.2024 for Rs.2 lacs, Ch No.001157, dated 28.12.2024 of Rs.2 lacs, Ch.No.001158, daed 28.01.2025 of Rs.2 lacs, Ch.No.001159 dated 28.2.2025 of Rs.2 lacs and Ch.No.001160, dated 28.3.2025 of Rs.2.20 lacs, all favouring complainant/DH Ravnish Sharma.  

3]        In view of the statement of ld.Counsel for the complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to clearance of said cheque.
