Complainant – Petitioner is present through Ld. Counsel.

Complainant-petitioner files a petition U/Sec. 35 (1) (C) read with Section 49 of C.P. Act 2019 supported by an affidavit seeking permission to conduct this case in a single proceeding to conduct this case in a single proceeding as well as in a single complaint against these OPs.

Considering the submission of the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner-complainant and considering the scope of Sec. 35 (1) (C) read with Sec. 49 of C.P. Act 2019 and the available materials on record, the instant prayer of the complainant-petitioner is considered and the complainant’s side is permitted to conduct this case in a single proceeding as well as in a single complaint.
