                   File taken up before the National Lok Adalat.

                    Mr. Sumit Narang, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement on 27th April, 2023 that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority on the same cause of action before the appropriate authority. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of respective statement suffered by Mr. Sumit Narang, counsel for the appellants the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh before appropriate authority. However, appellant is at liberty to file a fresh appeal before appropriate authority.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
